Jeff Knight – Chairman and President

 

Jeff Knight is the founder of Knight Enterprises and serves as its CEO. He is the architect of the company's vision and business plan. Jeff started his business career as a subcontractor for underground construction and the wiring of high rise buildings for Storer Communications in Dade County, Florida. In 1982, Jeff moved to the Clearwater, Florida area and founded Knight Enterprises to provide a variety of specialty services including installations, voice and data, underground and aerial construction and other related services. Jeff’s business philosophy is to provide the best service for the best price while continuously innovating. Jeff always strives to keep up with changes in technology and techniques that provide a competitive advantage for his company and his customers. The longevity of his customer relationships is the way he measures success. Jeff formulated the current business plan as the foundation to create a significant nationwide business operation.

Charles Kwasnicki – Vice President Construction & Maintenance

 

Charles Kwasnicki is the Vice President of Knight Enterprises responsible for the construction and maintenance division. Charles has been with Knight Enterprises since 1990 when he joined as an aerial subcontractor specializing in aerial construction, the wiring of MDU's and splicing. He quickly became the company's project manager for the Time Warner contracts to build in both Lakeland and Orlando, Florida where he was responsible for all aspects of these contracts including aerial upgrade, underground construction, splicing, power supply and reverse activation. Charles is currently responsible for the supervision of all construction and maintenance contracts, the bidding of new contracts, coordination with administrative management and relationships with employees and construction subcontractors.

Bob Halle – Vice President of Operations

 

Bob Halle is the Vice President of Knight Enterprises responsible for technical and administrative operations. Bob has been with Knight Enterprises since 1992. Before joining Knight Enterprises he was the technical supervisor for a large-scale upgrade contract with Time Warner in Orlando, Florida. Bob began is career in cable television in 1975 and held positions as installer, technician, chief technician and trainer related to both the Head-End and Trunk/Reverse portions of the system infrastructure. Bob oversees the flow of documents from field operations to the final invoicing and the collections for construction projects. He works closely with Charles Kwasnicki in bidding new construction and maintenance contracts, and is responsible for any technical issues that impact the company’s operation. He also acts as liaison with the customers, management, approves purchases and is responsible for personnel issues and company policy.

Donna Bentley – Vice President of Accounting & Human Resources

 

Donna Bentley is Vice President of Human Resources. Donna is a graduate of the University of South Florida and has been with Knight Enterprises since 1990. Prior to Knight Enterprises, Donna held the position of controller for two manufacturing companies in the Pinellas County area. She received a PHR Certification from USF in 1997 and has been a member of SHRM since 1997. She has both a PSM and an ASM Certification from the Suncoast Safety Council, Inc., a member of the Florida Association of Safety Councils. She established the company’s EEO and Affirmative Action Policies, created the company’s personnel handbook, and is responsible for all human resource matters. Donna is also responsible for the supervision of safety and other related matters.
