Knight Edge leverages core Knight Enterprises' assets of engineering, construction, technical support, etc. with portfolio companies to deliver innovative commercial services to MSOs/cable operators to enable competitive differentiation. While the Knight Edge Private Equity Group is opportunistic and value-oriented in approach, our focus is primarily on transactions providing for growth and expansion capital, recapitalizations, as well as buy and build strategies. We invest in all regions of the United States as the lead investor or on a syndicated basis.
