Jeff Knight – Chairman, CEO & Founder
Jeff Knight is the founder of Knight Enterprises and serves as its CEO. He is the architect of the company's vision and business plan. Jeff started his business career as a subcontractor for underground construction and the wiring of high rise buildings for Storer Communications in Dade County, Florida. In 1982, Jeff moved to the Clearwater, Florida area and founded Knight Enterprises to provide a variety of specialty services including installations, voice and data, underground and aerial construction and other related services. Jeff’s business philosophy is to provide the best service for the best price while continuously innovating. Jeff always strives to keep up with changes in technology and techniques that provide a competitive advantage for his company and his customers. The longevity of his customer relationships is the way he measures success. Jeff formulated the current business plan as the foundation to create a significant nationwide business operation.

Jason G. Welz – President
As President of Knight Enterprises and CEO of Knight Edge, Knight Enterprises investment and strategic development arm, Jason leads a team of experts in solving complex challenges faced by the ever changing telecommunications and broadband industry. As an industry veteran, Jason has held executive positions at Time Warner Cable, The Road Runner Joint Venture and Cox Communications. Jason was an early pioneer in business services in the cable industry, launching business services in one of Time Warner’s largest operations, Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Development of Road Runner Business Class, and most recently Vice President of Cox Business Services launching Cox Communications fastest growing market located in the Washington DC suburbs. Jason’s extensive experience in the cable and telecommunications industry provides Knight Enterprises with the leadership and vision necessary to be a trusted partner to the industry it serves. Jason holds a B.A. Degree from Georgetown University and enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.

Mark Mercer – COO of MSOx
Mark is a former Partner with Ernst & Young, LLP and brings more than 18 years experience in business, information technology and security. He has spent the past five years assisting a number of small and startup technology companies in business planning, product positioning, business development and financing. At E&Y he led the technology and security practice for the mid-Atlantic region. Prior to E&Y, Mark served as Vice President of Commercial Services for Time Warner Cable/Road Runner corporate group in Herndon, Virginia. He founded the business unit and created a national commercial product line, "Road Runner Business Class" which provided uniform product definition and support to Road Runner affiliates. Mark served in the U.S. Navy following his graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy where he received a B.S. in Mathematics. In the service, he specialized in security, cryptology and intelligence.
