Contractor Responsibilities
As a Knight Enterprises installation subcontractor, you will be required to:
- Above all, be respectful and courteous to our customers
- Connect and disconnect cable and pay television services as well as performs upgrades, downgrades, pre-wiring and multiple dwelling installations
- Install drops, outlets, converters and other cable system devices in homes and offices of subscribers
- Review, complete and sign customer work order requests and ensure all paperwork is properly and accurately completed
- Check subscriber television reception and properly tune television sets
- Maintain and stock necessary materials and tools
- Recognize, practice and enforce safety rules and procedures during every installation and/or project
