Warranty

We offer a 30 day warranty on all our labor and parts. Manufacturer warranties for hardware we use in repairing your PC or network device comes with at least a one year warranty and will remain the responsibility of the customer and the manufacturer.

We provide next day service in almost 100% of our service calls. Our repair bench has a 3 to 5 day MINIMUM turn around time. All work is performed on a first come, first served basis. There are no fees to expedite service as we are not in the business of making mistakes and you can not rush excellence! We treat every customer with professionalism and respect their privacy in every way. We want to build a lasting relationship with all of our clients that promises results. And we feel this is far better than standing in an hour long line preparing to pay 3 times our fees and receiving merely fraction of the personal service we will continually provide every time we're needed!

Confidentiality and your privacy is our primary concern at all times. Our bench will treat your computer like it is our own and repairs will be done to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, simply bring the equipment back within the 30 day warranty period, tell us the problem and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.*

*Does not include additional hardware or software. Pick up and delivery for warranty work can be provided at an additional fee.
