Knight’s project management skills include the development of the plans to determine the resources required for the effective execution of the project along with budgeting and cost analysis. The resources include a matrix of Knight Enterprises’ managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers and others required for the proper and timely completion of the job. During the planning phase for our jobs we prepare project schedule(s) that outline the major tasks, determine the milestones, resource requirements and state an expected completion period for every project.
